| Along with his wife Luz Enith Sabo, Thomas Sabo has been supporting children’s charity projects throughout the world for many years now.
For this very reason, he is totally committed to being involved in the RTL Donation Marathon each and every year. For this, Thomas Sabo designs – in collaboration with his Creative Director Susanne Kölbli – an exclusive, limited-edition charity bracelet, with one hundred percent of the proceeds going to children’s charity projects supported by the RTL Donation Marathon. In 2009 the live show also featured the auction of the THOMAS SABO camper van, a 1966 VW Samba T1. The camper van – with an opening bid of € 60,000 at the start of the show – made an invaluable contribution towards increasing the donations. Thanks to your contribution and a generous top-up from Thomas Sabo personally, a total of € 500,000 has been collected this year in favour of the children’s aid projects of the RTL Donation Marathon. |
