Charm Kiss receives the GLAMMY ‘Beauty Oscar’
GLAMOUR magazine’s ‘Beauty Oscars’ were presented on March 8, 2012.
THOMAS SABO “Charm Kiss” Eau de Parfum wins the GLAMMY 2012 in the Basic Perfume category.
The Condé Nast publishing house hosted the GLAMMY 2012 Awards ceremony, immersing Nymphenburg Palace in Munich in glamorous pink, very much in keeping with the awards and the carpet that GLAMOUR magazine rolled out for the eighth time on Thursday evening to pay homage to the new cosmetic products of the year. Publishing boss Moritz von Laffert, Editor in Chief Andrea Ketterer and Beauty Director Stephanie Neureuter welcomed the around 180 invited guests from the cosmetics, marketing and media industries.
The GLAMOUR editorial team nominated three new products in each of 18 categories – from hair styling through to body care. More than 68,500 readers then voted on the winning products. What convinced GLAMOUR readers in the case of the Charm Kiss Eau de Parfum is the fact that the perfume is simply delicious. The round bottle – with its typically-charming THOMAS SABO design – envelops a composition that is as scintillating as a ‘just-fallen-in-love’ kiss: the sweet aromas of dark chocolate, fruity strawberry and plum, champagne and rose radiate a seductive, sexy fragrance from the very first spray.
The GLAMMY Awards at the ‘Hubertussaal’ venue were hosted by Sonya Kraus and Stephanie Neureuter. At the fabulous after-party at ‘Orangerie’, Swedish singer Tove Styrke got the guests onto the dance floor with hits including “Call my name”, the title track of “Das perfekte Model” (The Perfect Model), allowing them to boogie till the early hours. All award winners will be unveiled in the April edition of GLAMOUR.
