For our Head Office in London we are looking for a
Customer Service Assistant
The Customer Service Assistant will be supporting the Customer Service Manager in dealing with any matter regarding wholesale and travel retail sectors. The Assistant will work closely with the UK team and the people in the German Head Office (Lauf). The Customer Service Assistant will need to help the Manager with all customer service aspects of the wholesale and travel retail business ensuring that any queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Customer will be the paramount activity.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Helping the Customer service manager with the below duties:
• Dealing with all customer enquiries and following through to satisfactory completion.
This can include: Taking orders by phone; Chasing up of outstanding orders; Dealing with repairs /replacement; Arranging for appropriate point of sale material to be sent to customers
• Customer accounts, dealing with any queries that may arise. This may
• involve liasing directly with our Head Office in Germany
• Chasing payments from overdue accounts
• Keeping Head Office in Lauf informed of customer payments
• Transferring customer orders to the sale department in Lauf
• Supporting the retail division where appropriate
• Liaising with the sales team and advising them of issues relating to their customers
• Helping the Customer Service Manager to organize, prepare and staff wholesale events
• Maintaining supplies of catalogues, price lists, point of sale in the London Office

Experience
- Previous Retail Management experience at Store/ Counter Manager.
- Proven track record of managing a team on a fast paced retail environment.
- Experience of working in a High Volume retail environment.
- Working for a Luxury Brand
- Working within Jewellery environment would be an advantage but not essential
- Working within Watches environment would be an advantage but not essential
